The NGLA Wall Ball Challenge
Off-Season Training
The secret to becoming a great lacrosse player is simple: time on the wall. We challenge every Bulldog to complete our 10,000 rep wall ball challenge over the summer. Ten minutes a day, five days a week. The players who do this consistently show up to fall camp a completely different level of player.
The routine covers strong hand throws, weak hand throws, behind-the-back catches, on-the-run catches, and ground balls. All you need is a stick, a ball, and a solid wall.
