Little Bulldogs
Co-ed, non-contact, fundamentals & fun. The perfect first step into lacrosse, with room for confident young players to keep growing.
Little Bulldogs 🐾
Non-contact intro to lacrosse for beginning and seasoned young athletes. Coed, fun-first, and focused on basic footwork, stick skills, confidence, and intramural scrimmages.

Three age-appropriate divisions for beginning and seasoned players — from 7v7 half-field to full-field contact competition.
Boys 2nd-3rd
Full pads, 7v7 half-field with a goalie, and no body-checking. Built for beginning and seasoned players who need maximum touches, strong stick-skill reps, and simple team concepts.
Boys 4th-5th
Full pads, full-field 10v10, with body contact introduced under youth rules. Good for beginning and seasoned players ready for faster decisions, settled offense/defense, and more competitive game flow.
Boys 6th-8th
Full pads, full-field 10v10, and full-contact lacrosse under middle-school rules. Welcomes beginning and seasoned players, with focused coaching for game IQ, position work, and high school preparation.
Girls Programs
Grade-aware rec options for beginning and seasoned girls who want to play, learn, and compete. Fall has rec teams only; spring may include both 7th-8th and 7th-8th select depending on registration numbers.
Girls 2nd–3rd
Girls rec for 2nd–3rd grade players, grouped by grade and ability. Non-contact play with a focus on stick skills, spacing, ground balls, and confidence for beginning and seasoned players. Goggles and mouthguard are required, with helmets accepted as an alternative to goggles. NGLA girls helmet rental is available for a $25 rental fee with a $100 deposit when available.
Girls 4th–6th
Girls rec for 4th–6th grade players, grouped separately from the youngest division. Non-contact, faster team play, stronger fundamentals, and game concepts for both beginning and seasoned players.
Girls 7th–8th
Recreational lacrosse for older middle school girls, open to beginning and seasoned players. Fall is rec only; spring may also offer a separate 7th-8th select team depending on registration numbers.
